I am into the training for several weeks now and it feels really good. I especially like the detailed explanations of the exercises and I think I already feel an improvement in my hips and my back. The app is easy to handle.

Had a Break and came back again. I know it’s so usefull and the next step in Training Performance . But also being lazy in it I have to admit:-) but eveytime I finished a session it all makes sense 😊🙏👍👍
