HeinerLiner will get you wherever you want to go in Darmstadt. Using the app, you can book and pay your rides easily. We will pick you up and bring you to your destination. Ride sharing makes the trips affordable and climate friendly.

Here's how to do it:
1. Download the HeinerLiner app, register and enter a payment method.
2. Specify the start and destination of your trip and find out how much we would charge you for that trip. Book the ride and come to the meeting point you see in the app.
3. A few minutes later, the HeinerLiner arrives and off you go. And it gets even better: Passengers who want to travel a similar route will join you on the way. This means that up to seven people can ride together per route.
HeinerLiner is great for society and for the environment since our vehicles are using electric drive and thus are emission-free. Ride with us and help us to make Darmstadt even more livable – and lovable – with the HeinerLiner.

Kinderkrankheiten
Auf den ersten Blick wirkt die App aufgeräumt.
Bei der Eingabe der Zieladresse verdeckt die Tastatur aber einen Teil der Eingabemaske und dort wichtiger Felder. Die Maske lässt sich nicht soweit nach oben schieben, dass die Felder sichtbar würden.
Wird hoffentlich aber noch kurzfristig behoben. Ansonsten wäre die App unbrauchbar. In der Hoffnung darauf erstmal 3 Punkte ansonsten wären es 0.
Nach wie vor ein Top Angebot
Das Angebot ist nach wie vor top! Bei der App-Umstellung gab und gibt es ein paar Schwierigkeiten. Ich bin aber sehr optimistisch, dass das mit der Zeit behoben wird. Und wer lesen kann, dem wurde im Vorfeld auch klar kommuniziert, dass die Vorausbuchungen kurzzeitig ausgesetzt waren. Die funktionieren seit heute ja wieder. Is halt leider wie immer, Hauptsache mal beschwert! Ich bin nach wie vor gerne Kundin 😊
Nicht abgeholt und angeblich mitgefahren
Ich wurde bei meiner zweiten Fahrt in der App nicht abgeholt. Stattdessen ist der Heinerliner an mir vorbei und ich bin plötzlich mitgefahren. Ein weiterer Heinerliner der einen anderen Fahrgast mitgenommen hat wollte mich nicht mitnehmen. Angeblich wurde ich in der App aber weiter fröhlich heimgefahren. Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon mit dem Fahrer war nicht mehr möglich weil ich ja angeblich drin saß. Als der Fahrer laut App am Zielort war wurde meine Fahrt storniert weil ich angeblich nicht gefunden werden konnte. Komisch das der andere Heinerliner mir sogar die Tür geöffnet hat. Wir haben dann ein Taxi genommen. Bei der Telefonnummer für den Support ist keiner rangegangen. Neue Buchung mit dem dem anderen Heinerliner ging auch nicht weil ich in der App ja in dem anderen saß. Was will man da noch machen?
Bitte sorgt dafür das jemand ans Telefon geht beim Support. Bitte erlaubt mir den Fahrer anzurufen wenn ich angeblich schon drin sitze. Bitte erlaubt mir eine neue Fahrt zu buchen auch wenn ich angeblich schon in einer Fahrt bin. Nicht sehr Nutzerfreundlich.
