Its a great app BUT It’s a pain in the a5s to type the password every time you use the app. Please add biometric login. I see users have written the same review years ago and the bank didn’t bother to add it. It’s just a simple feature that doesn’t require years to build and ship. Please keep raising the bar. Thanks

New update broke password entry

Now the iOS doesn’t recognize the passport entry text fields and doesn’t offer to auto compete they. Moreover, for some reason copy-paste is disabled. So one has to type it manually. Which means less secure passwords. And while you’re fixing that, would be great to add the domain of bank Misr to the app so that the password auth identifies it automatically. Moreover, biometric authentication includes faceID. My old iPhone shows the fingerprint auth option. But phones with faceID don’t have this enabled. Make sure to check for faceID for the biometry type. I assume it only checks for touchID when evaluating the policy.

I have never seen a banking app where you are required to change your password every few months. If you don’t do it in time, you have to call customer service just to reactivate your login.I live abroad, and this is becoming really frustrating. I hope this issue can be resolved soon!!!
