Die App funktionierte bis vor kurzem ohne Probleme. Seit gestern lässt sich die App nicht mehr öffnen und es ist nur noch ein weißer Bildschirm zu sehen. Auch nach Neuinstallation der App funktioniert es weiterhin nicht.

Diese App ist für blinde Menschen derzeit leider nicht nutzbar. Wichtige Funktionen wie die Konfiguration und Überwachung smarter Geräte – etwa meines Kühl- und Gefrierschranks – sind ohne barrierefreie Bedienung nicht zugänglich. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Entwickler diese App gemäß den Anforderungen des Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetzes (BFSG 2025) überarbeiten würden, um eine vollumfängliche Nutzung mit dem iPhone und dem Screen Reader VoiceOver zu ermöglichen.Ich werde die Entwicklung in den kommenden Wochen beobachten. Sollte sich keine Verbesserung abzeichnen, behalte ich mir vor, die App bei den zuständigen Stellen zu melden. Leider zeigt die Erfahrung, dass Rückmeldungen wie „Wir haben Ihr Anliegen an unsere Entwickler weitergeleitet“ häufig folgenlos bleiben. Ich hoffe dennoch, dass in diesem Fall tatsächliche Maßnahmen ergriffen werden.
