Obwohl im Werbebanner ein 7-Tage kostenloses Probeabo angeboten wurde, kam ich direkt in das kostenpflichtige Abo

Hi, thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear about your experience! We want to assure you that our 7-day free trial is genuine and is always applied before any subscription charge. All payments are exclusively managed by Apple through the App Store. We have no control over billing on our end. It's possible the trial was already associated with your Apple ID from a previous download, which is why it may not have appeared again. Apple has a policy where free trials are only available once per Apple ID per app. We'd recommend reaching out to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com to review your billing and request a refund if needed. They're very helpful with these situations.

Funktioniert bei mir nicht. Kaufwerbung nervig.

Nix funktioniert…

Entwickler-Antwort
Hi Atarisurfer! Thanks for trying our app. For the app to work the ring needs to be within range of the phone (max 5m) and have some battery remaining. Please provide more details if you still have problems locating the ring and we will do our best to help you

This update improves last-known location and fixes several bugs: • Rings you've moved away from now correctly show as "Out of range," with their last-seen location pinned on the map — no more following your GPS. • Precision finding no longer shows a stale reading as live when you're far from your ring. • You can now set a ring's saved location by panning the map and tapping Save. • Stability and reliability improvements.

Version 2.0.3 8. Sept.
