There desperately needs to be an improved filter on comments (as in word filtration and spam.In comparison to its competitors pluschat does a horrible job at protecting its artists from hate and spam.What needs to happen:- stronger account sanctions (if a user engages in harassment, there need to be stronger and faster consequences like account suspension and ip address blocking)- more robust comment filtration (add more hateful words to the censor list)- daily post limit for users to prevent spamI'm strongly considering dropping my subscription, as I do not want to be part of a place in wich harassment towards my favorite idol is common, especially since there is not deceleration of how much percentage of my monthly payments actually go to the artists themselves.

Please fix the translations, Google translate is like the worst one you could have used. Please please please offer another translation service, cause it’s really a pain to copy the messages and paste them in fully working translator.

this paid service is supposed to be a place that enables fans and artists to communicate with each other safely. however, there have been several instances that allowed people to send harmful and negative comments to the artists, be it under their posts, in lives or in the chat, that they end up reading. though some words do get censored, it is far from enough to protect artists from encountering such hurtful comments. i hope that some measures can be taken to make this app a safer as well as more enjoyable platform for both artists and fans without having to worry about hateful comments.

Hello, the Plus chat for Zerobaseone is sometimes lagging but the absolut worst & the part I can't over look is the translation feature for the Chat. Not one translation makes sense & most of the scentences get cut of in half when translated.If the translation feature doesn't get a major makeover, I think I'll unsubscribe.
