Description
Start cycling! Find a bike, unlock it and off you go – any time with your smartphone. All you need is the meinSiggi app, which shows you all available bikes and stations in real-time.
Everything at a glance: manage your account, redeem vouchers, get the latest nextbike news, give feedback or contact our customer service team. To rent a bike, scan the QR code. Return your bike to one oft he stations and simply close the frame lock to stop the rental.
The app can be used for all nextbike systems worldwide. Once registered, you can also rent bikes in other cities or login with an existing account of another nextbike system.

Leicht zu verstehen
Einmal angemeldet mit allen Daten ist die Ausleihe in wenigen Sekunden erledigt. Fahrrad lässt sich gut fahren. Ich habe mein moBiel Abo eingespeichert und fahre so kurze Strecken kostenlos. Zu bemängeln sind die Abstellorte, da hauptsächlich Hauptstraßen dafür vorgesehen sind und mit dem Fahrrad natürlich Nebenstraßen beliebter sind

Kundenservice wie kein zweiter
Der rein technischen Funktion würde ich 3,5 Sterne geben, da ab und zu eine Ausleihe nach Abgabe weiter läuft, die App und die Fahrräder ansonsten aber echt in Ordnung sind.
Was aber unschlagbar ist, ist der Kundenservice, bei nicht erkannter Abgabe kann man dies direkt in der App oder per Anruf melden und ohne großem hin und her, wird das falsch abgebuchte Geld zurück überwiesen. So sollte es sein.
