Game freezes up

The game keeps freezing up when I do the tutorial or when I play the game normally making me lose my progress when I close the game down and open it back up

I don't usually spend any money on mobile games but I liked this game enough to buy the base game. Some suggestions: (1) it's quite discouraging that failing one area of the campaign means you have to redo the entire map because it takes a long time to do! Maybe it would be better to allow players to replay the same area for a limited number of tries before failing the entire campaign. (2) The loading for everything takes forever even with the fast forward option, maybe it's cause devs want to have longer play time but it makes me want to stop playing. (3) There's a bug where when you start playing and the hooded guy says his line, sometimes an empty box appears that you just have to close but it appears for no reason.
