Orbis IoT is ORBIS' platform for configuring, monitoring, and managing smart devices. From a single app, you can connect, configure, and control different ORBIS devices, either locally via Bluetooth or remotely whenever the device has connectivity.

Orbis IoT is constantly evolving, integrating new devices, features, and performance improvements to make ORBIS smart installations easier and more efficient to manage.
I now unfortunately have 3 units of Orbis Viaris chargers. They often freeze, and Orbis do NOTHING despite closing the support ticket, 10 seconds after it is created, with the argument that problem is solved, and it is NOT. Orbis always transfer support issues to their local distributor, but besides from a hardworking sales guy Daniel, they dont give a damn about you. They keep blaming the router, WIFI network, LAN cable, the setup etc. but the fact is, that after a boot, it work fine for a month or two, so it has nothing to do with the setup, that is freezes. The price of a used charger, is 20% of the new price, and most of them is brand new. So the second you buy the unit, you have lost 80% of your investment.

Normally works well but…

But recently I have problems with the function to set a specific time for it to charge the car. So it won’t accept that I try to plan a time that starts at 01:00-09:00 - but it will accept from 10:00. Existing planned projects can be turned on and off as I wish and work well, but I cannot create a new time-plan, which is quite frustrating.

Datalog+ and ANC+ now display the last local connection and the device's online/offline status on the status screen.
