White screen
For the last 6 mnth when I open the app I only get a white screen with blue borders. The app does not open. I have an Iphone14.
Cannot fuel my car anymore
Latest re-design/update messed something up, and now I cannot fuel ma car anymore. GPS shows I'm 5-10 meters away from the fuel station and I'm not allowed to pay anymore. Why do you even need location? Why can't I just select the station wherever I want?
New update nightmare
A few months ago, the it team at Alexela had a bright idea to update or redesign the app.
Since they have done it, a large number of people are no longer able to use it to fuel or charge their cars
Personally, I spent over a thousand euros installing a home charger from Alexela that I can no longer use without a physical card.
I wish I could rate this 0 stars. Whoever runs the it team at Alexela should be reprimanded and demoted - they should not be anywhere near a position where they can make independent decisions, because obviously, they are not qualified to do this
