Otherwise app is ok, but come on guys, is it that hard to add an English language option to the app? It’s the most requested thing in the app reviews for years and there’s still no progress. In the EU, people often move to other countries for work and studies, so don’t always speak the language of the country they reside in. I use the desktop version of zalando with google translate, will probably offload the app as it’s useless without more language options.

App is good, otherwise not

Why zalando is using smartpost only?! Only limited hours to receive/return the packages, since their automates are located inside shops, not to mention the long lines, complicated return process, codes are not working often. Strange SMSs arrive with payment links, no option to pay at terminal. DPD, Omniva, hello?

Language is a real deal-breaker

It is weird there is no English language as an option. If I want delivery to Estonia, that doesn’t mean I speak Estonian, which makes the search with text requests difficult. Filters do not always work well either. If I have chosen the specific brand, I cannot filter type of products in it, it works only the other way around.And filters are only in Estonian again, so sometimes I just give up and do my shopping somewhere else.

Please add english to the Estonian version of the app and site! I tried saving items with the Polish country chosen (as it has engl. version) but it didn’t transfer to the liked items once I changed back to Estonia. I’m sorry, I only started learning the language! Also, would be nice for the account info to stay the same when changing the country. I’ve never seen a shop app being developed this weird
