The app is great and the app can get a taxi in most cases under 3 minutes and the prices are lower than on a normal taxi and the drivers are nice and fast sometimes the cars are clean but there are some things that aren't right such as getting a scooter that actually works sometimes it likes to die while you driving it and this leads up to you coming to a standstill and it turns itself into a regular scooter and the ride on those is terrible and the drivers have no sense of mind when they are driving the scooters and they are limited to 18 km/h basically the slowest and the most uncomfortable ride that you can imagine but okay the regular cars are clean they never smell weird but most drivers are Russian and they can't speak estonian correctly but with a strong russian accent so you can't understand them like 80% of the drivers are russian

Taxify has eliminates most of unconvenient things about taking a taxi: rides are cheaper, finding a car is faster, I don’t have to wait outside, I get a good overview about my trip and payment is seemless. The only thing I am missing with new updates is ability to share a ride with my friends conveniently. As I cannot change the address, the app kind of assumes that I only take one stop trips. This is not true because sometimes the destination changes during the trip (get mor eprecise information about the location) or more oftenly I will take a friend somewhere midway to the destination. Now I have to rely on making it verbally clear to the driver which is what I disliked about taking a taxi in the first place. Ideally it would be good to get a possibility to share the cost with a friend as well, but a good start would be allowing multiple destinations however it is more convenient.

the scooters are slow I thought they weren’t gonna start till they did. They could use more battery and quicker also. The drivers are okay and the car smells like perfume, Sometimes I think I’m about to puke. AND they don’t open the windows when it’s to hot BUT when it isn’t too hot then they let the wind flow. Some of them could speak english smoothly and practice more and fix their accent

I had a case today where I have noticed that from my credit card someone has ordered fromBolt, by the second I got to know I have messaged bolt Helpdesk so that I can let them know, and they can track who’s ordering, but once I shared all the details and verified that my credit card is used to order something from bolt and asked to cancel that order. Customer service is saying that “ I advise you to cancel the card and contact your bank” . They can cancel that order but they have not done this shows their Cheap mindset of doing business. Then I asked them at-least tell me who’s doing that they are sending me last 3 digit hackers phone number and they were saying that first name of the hacker guy is still in question. They were also suspecting something is wrong but then also they were not cancelling the order. Cheap way of earning money.I have decided to block my card and then contact bank if bank will get my money back is ok otherwise I will assume has given donation to cheap company of estonia.I suppose it won’t affect them if quit also cause they have large customer base. But if someone find my story relevant stop using bolt, if some company doesn’t value customer then better to not use them.
