A shopping app that has everything!

All you need is on this app. It has lots of brands and and categories and I ordered clothes and beauty products and I got my order on the SAME DAY! I highly recommend it.

Zero customer experience

The orders are stated on the app delivered then you start bunch of calls to try to figure out where is your order that has been paid by your card on the app after few minutes the order status to be change again to on the way then you try to contact call center a ver cold agent answers with no clue what’s going on keep you on hold to see where is your order then revert with معقوله مستلمته الاوردر and after few minutes he can’t help I’ve tried to reach the restaurant and informed me that the order handed over to botit rider that he is lost

By the way the order was a breakfast I place order 9:52 and I received it cold و متحنط at 11:45

Good idea but bad customer service

Received a wrong order and had to chase customer service for a refund. Spoke to four different persons and most of the times I didn’t receive a call back unless I chased (one hung up/line broke and never bothered to call back). Eventually, I received a refund and ordered from the seller directly but wasted lots of time. Too bad. I liked the idea of the app.
