I’m seriously starting to hate ordering from you guys .. it takes for ever for the order to come and it takes forever for someone to answer .. last week 390 LE were deducted from my account without placing the order and till now it’s not refunded back.. there’s no other way of reaching you and it’s very frustrating.. I used to depend on you in any order but now I would like an official complaint for lack of proper customer service and I’m going to give a review on social media about my continuous bad experiences.. you only respond after 20-30 minutes.. you give absolutely no solutions you only state what’s happening and I have to accept as it is.. you used to be my favorite but now I feel pressure and worry ordering from you.. you only seem to care and provide good service when it’s a celebrity or influencer but anyone else is not treated right and that’s just shameful

The interfaces are well-organized, making browsing very enjoyable.• Seamless and Fast Ordering: The process from browsing to checkout is incredibly smooth, simple, and quick. This ease of use saves a lot of time and makes the purchasing experience excellent.💡 Suggestions for Improvement:• Price Review Needed: I hope the management considers reviewing the prices of some products. I believe adjusting the prices to be more competitive and affordable would attract a wider user base and significantly increase order volume.• More Offers and Discounts: I strongly recommend increasing the quantity and frequency of attractive offers and sales across various product categories. Offers are a huge incentive to try new items and encourage repeated ordering.Conclusion:This is an outstanding application in terms of design and ease of use, but it simply needs a boost in pricing and promotions to truly become the best choice every time.

Im a new customer, I made an order to arrive at friend’s house for Ramadan Iftaar - i reached out to customer service 30mnts before the order as it was still not prepared. Around 3:40 the order was prepared and out for delivery (I had no contact information) around 3:55 my friend (who I put his number in got a call that got disconnected 3 seconds later) and upon trying to call the delivery back we got no answer for over 15 mnts and when he answered he asked to reorder via the app but the item was sold out (during that time I tried again getting in touch with customer service but had no reply and got a message at 4 that someone tried to teach out and nobody picked & my order was cancelled). 4:11 i got connected to an agent who said they have loads of messages and disappeared for another 12 mnts only to get back to acknowledged my request and that she’d check and come back. She never did and the chat for disconnected 20mnts later.Now i have no time to order from another place - I guess thats what you get for relying on such poor service.

I am a consistent customer, who was shopping when they start in maadi first, I used to shop starting with the bakery then after almost 3 years now from growing up they are totally messy and have no control, there is no customer service to talk with!!! I regularly shopping 2 to 3 times a day, lately all my orders received with missing items, late delivery up to 4 hrs or switched with other products without informing me, or old bakeries!!! Literally every order gets worse than the previous one, and the most annoying thing is there is no one to contact or complain for. My last order came late 1 more hour, and miss the 2 water cartons, chicken soup and switched large bread instead of mini bread (which repeated 4 times)! It was 11 pm with next day school, and it was too late to place another order and to late to wait 1 more hour to get the water while I wasn’t have any mineral water because I was depending on what I will receive. Finally they got too worse after growing up.
