HOW TO START YOUR RIDE:
Download the app, sign up, add your preferred payment method and get ready to feel the freedom!
- Find a nearby Rabbit vehicle on the map.
- Scan the QR code or enter the scooter ID to unlock the vehicle.
- Push with your foot to get going, use the throttle button to accelerate
- Enjoy the ride.
HOW TO END YOUR RIDE:
- Find a safe area within any of the green zones to park the vehicle, flick the kickstand back down.
- If the vehicle has a lock attached to it, find a bike rack or a post and tie the lock around it, then close down the lock.
- Open the Rabbit app and tap 'End Ride'.
- Enjoy your day!

- You can rent your personal vehicle (2 days minimum), and we'll deliver it to your door!
- Open the Rabbit app, select 'Day Rentals'.
- Select your personal vehicle type; an e-scooter or an e-bike.
- Select your preferred plan, type in your address and select the delivery date.
- Once we confirm your order, we'll deliver the vehicle to you.
- Enjoy your own Rabbit!

I have emailed rabbit team and I couldn’t imagine that the well response back and fix the issue that’s really cool after the app was rejecting my visa they somehow solve it and now it’s working and I am super excited to try rabbit and tell my friends my experience ❤️ thank you for your support

I faced problem three time to lock the scooters and when I talked too them. They let me wait 3-4 mins to response. They send me “We apologize for any inconvenience you might be facing” and tell me how to lock the scooter without asking me what the problem is. I thought that it was bot when I found Mohamed answered and he wrote it. The process took 15 mins to lock the scooter which I didn’t use because it was broken. They let me pay 37 EGP and they refund only 25 EGP to the wallet and I told him I didn’t use the scooter he told me we will try to refund the rest of the money to your account and they didn’t. So bad experience and so bad customer service. I will not use the application again. They should fix their scooters, bugs and change staff of customer service.

My experience with rabbit was fascinating until i started to use it on daily basis thats when i faced all the issues on daily basis as well sometimes a stand fall so u can vibrate ur body when riding and flipped directions so u can go backwards to move forward and using it to ease the crowded morning roads became an app full of daily maintenance reporting to them and when complaining in order to fix it u will find the most disrespectful way by the cs agent and will end the chat with you within 1 min thts when ure already reading the msgs

I love your product and had fun riding it so much but I have 2 problems 1. the payment method I don’t always have my card I hope that there will be an account to put in it money by farwy or any other method 2.I hope that rapped be a transportation method so but I can’t as I can’t go to any where near the collage camp as all the ways going there is a red zone so I which if it is not and the scoters can slow down there only not to be a red zone
