I have a large family, and I've been looking for a service for a long time where it wouldn't be very expensive to connect a shared subscription. I accidentally saw an advertisement for this app on insta. They offer a 90 day free trial before you subscribe and it's available for up to 4 people. What I like most is that you can watch movies and listen to music in one app. And each person in the subscription has their own watching history. Sometimes I have a hard time figuring out the app, like how to change the language. But the interface for viewing content is very user friendly. I can't wait to see how this service will grow. Hope the developers continue to make the app even better.

The most worst customer service

I encountered a problem with the app, and although I have a monthly subscription, I haven't been able to use it because you did not clarify the problem or its cause. Furthermore, you didn't explain any rules or ways to verify the requirements. I contacted customer service through the app more than two days ago and haven't received any response. I believe this is a great deal of negligence from an app with such fame and reliability. I also believe you should be more transparent and clarify any terms or requirements for watching episodes. I wanted to contact customer service via WhatsApp, but I do not have an account for that number.

I love the app and the shows especially Crunchyroll add-on but while subscribing to the service on an account it was added on another signed out account on the device which doesn’t make sense, however the issue was solved but I hope you work on you third-party billing system to avoid such issues.Other than that my overall experience was very good.

Crunchyroll Subscription

I subscribed to yango play then updated my subscription to include crunchyroll, the money was discharged from my visa and no updates occurred to my account, i’ve contacted the customer service of yango play and they asked for all the messages and screenshots that prove that I’ve updated my subscription and sent them all, they told me it will take from 24 to 48 hours maximum to solve this issue, after 48 hours i’ve asked for any updates and they told me that they still work on this issue and need another 24 to 48 hours again!!! I’m cancelled my subscription and for sure this is the worst app I’ve subscribed to and not recommended at all
