I’d like an option or a service to be added which allows the driver to share a location that he/she is heading to, and people around the driver to be notified about it, (to be a shared ride).For example: I’m heading to a specific point on the map, I’d like to notify others that we’ll meet at point (A) for example and I’m heading to point (B), let’s say that I can choose the number of passengers I’d like to share the ride with and let it be (4), if two or even one only showed up, the driver should get the full ride fee if they accepted the ride! (The point is to split the fee ride). Letting the app choose the amount of cash to be paid would also be great as it is!

DO NOT USE THIS APP IN EGYPT! ALL rides should be A/C rides, that has always been the case ever since the existence of ride request apps! Why should I pay an extra 15% for the A/C when this the minimum requirement of an acceptable humane ride especially during the summer time when the cars are extremely hot like an oven! Not even mentioning the quality of the drivers that you hire has just plummeted to the ground or the non existent customer service here in Egypt…. You would rather block your own users’ account instead of actually solving anything! All I and countless other users have seen over the past couple of months is extremely rude and bad treatment from the drivers, conflicts over nearly 75% of the rides and a general lack of care from the company over their customer base here in Egypt. Then you have the audacity to INTRODUCING THE NEW A/C RIDES??!!? You’re better off ordering a taxi or using public transportation in Egypt than using this app, or actually, use the other ride requesting apps where all rides are A/C rides and they will not charge you extras for the A/C! If you think that using people’s needs for increasing your own revenue is okay than I and countless other users have no use for an application like yours on my phone! Deleting immediately.

Hi, I am writing this feedback as a driver who has recently used the app and also as a driver who uses other apps. Starting with the good thing I found at yours and didn’t find with the other companies is that I can see the whole trip before it starts and decide if I need to take it or not. The bad thing is that trips are not prioritized among drivers which makes it hard for drivers to check the trip clearly and decide the fare, as people would just accept anything just to catch the trip before the others. With this bad feature, you urge people to compete who will accept faster and it’s actually as if you’re neglecting your strength point which is the first point I explained. My suggestion to that would be sending the trip to the closest driver for the customer like uber and if he accepted so he can take it if not so you can show it for the others. With this suggestion I guess you will get all the strength points that any driver would need and also will make it fare for them not to be just accepting anything just to keep working! Thanks,
