I can’t do maintenance reservation

The App is good for me, it shows information on Hyundai cars generally and store my maintenance history and it has very good synchronization with the maintenance branchesNevertheless, I have an issue whereas I can’t reserve a periodic maintenance and I have to reserve an appointment by phone, I reached to the third step on reservation to select between diagnostics or periodic maintenance and there is nothing to show after that.

Unable to register my car, i did all the steps correctly but after the OTP step i got an error message. I called the customer service and reported that issue and their response was every thing related to my account is ok and they have nothing to do with this issue
