Bad experience with last update

I’m always using your app , i thought last update would be helpful but now everytime i try to login it keeps telling me your password contain special characters try to login from website , while it’s mandatory to input special characters in your password, if you could help i can’t login since yesterday.

I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. Their procedures are extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily slow. Each employee keeps passing you around to someone else without taking responsibility, which results in frustrating delays.The money transfer process is especially inefficient and has caused me both financial loss and wasted time, which goes against the regulations set by the Central Bank. The Opera Branch, in particular, stands out for its poor service.Additionally, their online banking system is outdated and not user-friendly at all. I expected a much higher standard from a financial institution, but unfortunately, this bank has failed to meet even the basics.

The App is very old App verses others banks App, so when I use QNB App I feel that I have an account in Avery poor bank don’t matching with the world technology and other bank you can use your finger print to open the App or the Face ID and you can make any transfer to other bank and you can do any transaction in your account internally or externally, but the QNB app doesn’t have any updates form more 5 years ago.
