Everything in this application doesn’t work and have so many bugs we are software company we can solve all this bugs and make it easier and friendly to users and i like to work to upgrade etisalat bc iam love this company and i with u from the start until now but ur customers service really so bad they make ur customers leave it and they proud of this I don’t know how ur choose this against for big company like etisalat I hope to be part of etisalat and help it to be the first company in Middle East and finally the customer against make me angry to leave this and change to Vodafone and I don’t need that i love etisalat bc it’s Arabia

Took my money several times when I recharged my credit and through the App choose the internet bundle and it said I am already subscribed so I thought my internet consumption will be deducted from my bundle, but what Etisalat did that did not put my bundle and instead of took all the money I charged my phone within a few minutes...
Furthermore, I unsubscribed once accidentally my internet bundle and was trying to resubscribe but I was not able to through the App so I lost all the GB and therefore the money which was a freshly started bundle...
I did filed a report through the app as there are no ANY OTHER OPTION as the phone number they have they don’t pick up it’s just a robot..
After reporting my issue, they changed the status to be solved within a day and they did not give anything...
not even talk about that anyone I call for 1 minute or less they charge me 5 minutes... so ridiculous

I came to USA and select roaming daily package and received confirmation message that I have been subscribed successfully in it, but after that I found out that the company has taken all the credit I have and charged me as if I didn’t subscribe in the daily package and then I tried to send them a lot of messages through this application and they replied that if I have any problem, I should call them
So the problem solving option in the application is useless
