Bad customer service

Why am I supposed to be waiting 20 mins to just get one Uber??the captain was supposed to show up in 2 mins yet came after him 3 more drivers HOW ALSO CANCELLED.. then if needed to complain I couldn’t find any email or any customer service line … seriously you guys need to change the customer service standings to fulfill simple needs of a customer who just offers a ride in the middle of the city. Please reply ASAP and thank you.

Note: today the temp was 40c and I have 67 years old…and it was extremely annoying and unhelpful.

Help section in application

The help section is built in a way that the client can only report issues that Uber wants to hear about. I have a specific complaint which is not in any of the given options and when I used one of those selections just to be able to right a message, their reply gave me the impression that they only looked at the title and never read the message. It would be worth it to give the client the option to complain in the way he wants before you start loosing customers.

12 April 2022: After so many years of being a good service provider, Uber seems to be more concerned of supporting their drivers and the customers. After waiting for the driver for 15 minutes and after he is about 50 meters away he just canceled without any explanation and another one is assigned, but again after waiting for 5 or 10 minutes he cancels and a third one is assigned and again he canceled and the fourth is assigned the result is waiting on the street for 30 minutes just to get a 20 minutes ride and missing my appointment. Uber’s reaction to my complaint is ZERO, nothing, they cannot force the drivers to accept or at least not to cancel the order after they accept it. This miss behavior happened many times out of which, 3 times it took me more than 25 minutes to get a ride.
As a result: I stopped using Uber except when all other service providers are not available.
Congratulations Uber, you lost 4 customers in one go.
