Clean and useful! It still some basic stuff to be perfect tho, food database is a bit weak, needs more integration with apple health so nutrition can be synced from elsewhere, and why the week starts on Sunday??? Still looking for the fitness app that give you plans instead of just recipes. I’m sticking to this for a year! Let’s see how it goes!!

Just got the app a couple of days ago after watching Jeremy’s YouTube videos for the last year. Up till now I went to the gym 3-5 times a week (in the last 1.5 years) with little progress that took a long time. I never fully tracked my macros before because I felt it was too fiddly and time consuming. This app makes it so easy and motivating to do so. I’m on my 3rd day now and very invested in the changes I will be making. Love that it has videos on how to perform the workouts in the correct form and tracks it to allow progressive overload. Great work and I’m so happy to be using this app. Thank you so much Jeremy and the rest of the team! Looking forward to having my before&after photos moment that no one asked for 😋

I love the app, the workouts and nutrition, even the tracking overall AI. However, it’s getting impossible to use the app since the last upgrade because the app get closed after 5 seconds of using it. To track the breakfast I have to open it at least 6 times in a row. Please update it asap because it’s a paud service and it’s been one month already.
