EXERCISES
The app offers a variety of guided break exercises for your body and mind. The categories also include Pilates, Ergonomics, Mindfulness, Voice maintenance, and Youth. You can choose quick, one-minute exercises or enjoy longer warmups. All exercises are designed by professionals and are safe and easy to do.
