The same as the VW Up App

It’s the same app as the VW Up app which also connects to the Citigo but with a green interface. The bluescore has been update to drive green but they haven’t updated the Bluescore icon on the widgets for some reason and it’s looks out of place. Generally it connects most of the time and functions fairly well. Really it could be so much better than it is.

Ok ish app but it has the potential to be a great app.

I downloaded this app to be linked to my Citigo's dashboard computer. I liked the features on offer but the satnav needs more work. Please could it behave in a similar manner to Google which is the ultimate satnav app to use. It doesn't have a folder with stored destinations such as home or work. There is a bug which is annoying - after leaving the M25 to use the small roads, M25 is stuck at the top left of the screen instead of displaying the next road to be turned into for the rest of the journey. I am going back to use Google maps until a new version is released. Another annoying thing is the radio needs to be switched on for the app to be used. Is there an "off" button for the radio whilst the app is in use? I am currently minimising the volume.

UPDATE: new version is even worse. Downgraded to 1 star. Sat Nav - impossible to request a destination. Keyboard icon does not work. Back to the drawing board Skoda. The car is excellent but the app is useless.

Good effort and getting better

I downloaded the original version in October 2016, right when it first came out. For the most part, it was OK, except for a VERY basic satnav that featured clunky graphics and occasional reversed visual directing!
Version 2 is far superior though. Previous destinations are now selectable, graphics and visual directors have been corrected, there are POI’s, etc.
I still wouldn’t call it ‘seamless’, but considering the integration the app offers, I’m perfectly happy with it and would highly recommend it.
