Use the 5K Run app to improve your stamina, endurance, and health to help you run a 5K! Use interval training to increase your body's strength!

Use the 5K Run app to improve your stamina, endurance, and health to help you run a 5K! Your body's strength will gradually increase over time with the 'interval training' method.

Over the next 8 weeks your running will be steadily improved. You will start with 1 minute jogging intervals in-between 1.5 minute walks. As you complete runs your body will be strengthened and the program will slowly become more challenging. You will be on your 5K run before you know it!

Take your device with you on your runs! Listen to your favorite music and get prompted over your headphones to run or walk. Your entire run will be directed through your headphones or speakers.

Glancing at the app while on your run will show you:
- How long you have been running
- How much time you have left on your run
- how much time you have left on your current interval

Need to stop and tie your shoe? Pause the run! Or, press Back/Next to go to different intervals.

App Ok

The running plan itself I think is ok. It helped me to run for 28 min rather than 5k.
I think the jump from week 8 to week 9 is not healthy so I started with the 10K app which goes back to longer but Intervall runs which I believe are way more effective and show results to stay motivated.
However unfortunately both apps (5 and 10K) are not working properly development wise. It continues stop working in between so your run is lost and you can’t pick up where you left. And no this doesn’t change with the Pro Version neither.
Spend the money on other apps to get the Pro version and unfortunately continues so you can’t track results and have to figure out the set up during a run! Not efficient

It works as it can tell you what to do but it could be better if it had a pedometer

Frustrating

App is fine but annoyingly if you move to another app, for example to change music, or lock your phone, the app resets and doesn’t continue in the background, meaning you lose the info about your run.
