As seen in the NY Time's article, "The Scientific 7-Minute Workout", this workout is based on research in high-intensity interval training. In 12 exercises deploying only body weight, a chair and a wall, it fulfills the latest mandates for high-intensity effort, which essentially combines a long run and a visit to the weight room into about seven minutes of steady discomfort — all of it based on science.

Adverts get in the way, go elsewhere

The concept of this is ok but poorly executed. The adverts get in the way as each circuit goes by. The timer moves up showing the exercise to be done but as this goes further up the screen you can't see what the next circuit is meant to be, so whilst the timer is ticking away you're faffing about turning the screen to see what the exercise is meant to be and before you know it that circuit is almost finished.

I'm not going to get a decent workout with this app so deleted and looking at something else.
