Annoying
Very annoying that the app doesn’t remember tour user name and password (and won’t accept email address despite it saying email or user name). Having to enter these every time you go into the app is annoying. App just updated a few days ago and this still not fixed.
Very poor. How difficult is it??
APP IS HOPELESS!!!
For a system that should be quick and efficient to check in on vulnerable people- it’s absolutely awful!!! Have had the App since May and encounter a white screen twice weekly, so have to keep deleting and reinstalling it. As for having to sign in and insert my password every time (which can be four or more times a day) it’s time wasting, frustrating and not how it should or could be. Come on Acorn please get this rectified!!!
Please add saving of username and password and add FaceID support
Please can you add the option to save username and password. All my other apps allow it. It’s very time consuming and tedious to enter each time to check up and see the status to check on my relative.
Can you also allow the app to be logged in automatically using FaceID
