Very annoying that the app doesn’t remember tour user name and password (and won’t accept email address despite it saying email or user name). Having to enter these every time you go into the app is annoying. App just updated a few days ago and this still not fixed.
Very poor. How difficult is it??
Working fine for us
Based on a couple of days use, seems fine and doing what we need it to.
The login “issue” is easily resolved (on iOS at least) by saving the login details in the passwords app.
Doesn’t seem to be updated / revised much which may be an issue.
Overall happy with it.
APP IS HOPELESS!!!
For a system that should be quick and efficient to check in on vulnerable people- it’s absolutely awful!!! Have had the App since May and encounter a white screen twice weekly, so have to keep deleting and reinstalling it. As for having to sign in and insert my password every time (which can be four or more times a day) it’s time wasting, frustrating and not how it should or could be. Come on Acorn please get this rectified!!!
