Adey Test Kit

Have it brought the kit and used it a few times there are a couple small problem
The first is photographing the sample it says to stand against a pale background they should have one in the box that is a constant colour for comparison
The second is if you answer the question about water turbidity and say anything other than clean you can’t progress the test I need you know two things is there corrosion and what is likely to have caused it for example lack of inhibitor .

I’m sorry to hear you have had issues. Please note ADEY customer service are available to support you with this should you wish to call us. In response, the test will only fail on turbidity if you select the darkest colour option, this is because it has already failed visually on turbidity and requires a flush in order to remove the debris and magnetite already visible to the naked eye. The turbidity test is hugely important, as the higher the intensity of sporadic light, or lack of visibility in the water, the higher the turbidity levels. The test will auto fail when you select the darkest colour option, this is also to save you using one of your tests unnecessarily when the system health is evidentially not passable. However, the other colour selections, do let you continue with the test. If you wish to discuss this further with our Customer Relations Manager, we can arrange a call for you. Unable to complete test

I like the test but find the app very frustrating. First of all after getting the test results it keeps on saying ‘unable to complete test, please try later’ so I’m unable to send the result to the customer. I assume it’s a connection/signal issue but when I get back home and onto Wi-Fi, I can’t access previous tests so unable to forward on. Would’ve been 5 stars otherwise.
