Time to keep up
Having to manually log in with full email and password EVERY time I access the app is becoming a pain.
Touch ID, app PIN or at lease ‘remember details’ at log-in would be more practical. If that Is good enough for online banking with access to funds, I’m sure it’s secure enough to merely pay bills.
A reply from the developer asked me to delete and reinstall the app to set up a PIN for login. I did not reinstall the app but recently opened it. I have now set up a PIN for login but will stress that the option to add a PIN was NOT available at the time the revamped app was released when I wrote the above review.
It is, however, now.

Used Allpay for about 3 years no problem. Everything fine. Then all of a sudden i was logged out. As i tried to log back in I forgot my password and pressed ‘forgot my password’ . I received an email from MYSELF telling me to log in to my emails. Something fishy here. I deleted this app as i am sure i was being hacked.
Reliable, convenient app
I've used this app for over a year now to pay the rent. I've not experienced any major headaches. I did have to change log in details via the website after an app update. AllPay's help desk responded to email very fast and their advice worked. The app is easy to use. Every payment has gone through to my landlord. I get an email transaction receipt for every payment. To make this a 5 star app there would have to be better log in security than a four digit pin. More account history via the app needs to be added. I don't use a computer anymore, just the phone, so trad websites are annoying. This app has been very reliable and convenient for me, I've got no complaints.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
