Description
Amazon Relay helps truck drivers haul Amazon loads efficiently by guiding them on where to go, when to get there, and provides gate information for faster gate entry.
Drivers invited by their carriers get added benefits, such as visibility to executed loads (Load History), ability to report delays and disruptions through the app, and recently launched, free, commercial navigation which will direct you to the Amazon truck entrance instead of the front door.
Features for drivers invited by their carrier include:
* Free commercial navigation will route you on the best truck-friendly route
* Notifications when a load is ready for pick up, load is cancelled, and when a load is added to your schedule
* Load History to view the last two weeks of loads you’ve hauled for Amazon
* Report a delay or disruption through the app, to your dispatcher and Amazon
* Image Proof of Delivery and Bills of Lading

It's easy to use, but it can also easily ruin your performance score, it happened to me twice ,A single star is more than enough
HGV Driver
The app was recently updated to a new layout, and it’s unintuitive. No map for quick visual on full route including and easy to read mileage next to it.
One of the most simple and best features removed for no reason.
The app sometimes reverts back to the old layout randomly which seems to me like it’s possible to run either/or. Please add an option to customise layout to drivers wanting. Harder to read the load ID’s on new layout compared to old.
Lots of white background with lots of black text was an awful design decision that seems like it was made by a junior designer with no vision.
I don’t understand why it was necessary to try an fix that which wasn’t broken.
Good but needs improvements
App developed better and better, but still has issues. Still don’t catch gps whereabouts when you come to site. Used to come notifications to Apple watch about changes of run, or cancelations, and it stoped, and you don’t fix that issue. Constantly need to manually override trailers to log in them in system, that you could get CMR. 4 stars, and you have still improve. Written from trucker perspective.
