Great one stop shop app for business travel

Been using this app to book my business travel for about a year, really easy to use and shows me all the hotels my company has rates with. The app holds all my travel bookings in one place so I don’t need to lots of apps open, it also has a map to get me to my hotel. I’ve not flown in the last year but I’ve heard that if there are any delays with my flight this app will tell me all about it and ask me if I need help in rebooking my flight.

Fantastic travel app

A brilliant solution that ensured I was aware of covid travel advice and also informed of flight disruption in real time. I also beat the queues for the baggage belt and gate due to the push messaging within it .

What Helpdesk ,

A help desk that is anything but

Tried to get assistance with online check-in, both times they told me the same thing as the Airlines site which must have been having an issue, there was no communication between the treats I was transferred between so I had to re-explain everything and you cant copy and past a previous conversation. I’ll equipped handlers and will probably delete the app after this trip.
