How does ArrivaClick work?
- ArrivaClick is an on-demand transport system that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the ArrivaClick app, input your location and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a few blocks of your requested destination. Our smart algorithms provide trip times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other public transport options, even with multiple pick-ups along the way.
How long will I wait?
- Our average wait time is 5 to 10 minutes and you’ll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your car in real time in the app.
- We also offer pre-scheduling! If you know when you want a vehicle, you can book a journey up to 30 days in advance! Just set your preferred pickup time and we’ll dispatch a vehicle to you at your designated time & date.
How many passengers will I share a minibus with?
The number of passengers you will share a journey varies based on capacity and your chosen destination! Our comfortable minibuses can easily accommodate 12 to 15 people.

I LOVE click but the app is buggy
The click service works great in Liverpool - at busy times it can be difficult to book one. It searches and searches for ages and before you can book the bus has gone. That being said it’s still new and these issues will iron themselves out. I wouldn’t use it if I was in a hurry!
The app itself is buggy - I get messages and click on “Learn more” but nothing happens. My friend and I have used the same promo codes but for some reason he gets much higher fare estimates than me. Also once you book it would be good to know which discounts, if any, have been applied. Finally once you have a booking in place info about the booking is limited. You can see that it is there but it doesn’t say the destination.
Overall this is a good app and a good service but it needs some improvement
Only good in theory
Sometimes you’ll have a banging trip. But others your bus sits in one place for 10/15 before even starting to make their way to you. The eta times are never correct. If you pick the later time when booking half the time you get a text saying your trip has been moved down to the earlier time.
Not worth it unless you’ve got time to spare and are already ready.
In dyer need of recoding
I’ve had arriva click since the start and it was an absolute god sent...for the first month. Since the increase in passenger and drivers the system simply can’t cope. On multiple occasions it has sent me a bus that is 20 minutes when there is an empty one less than 5 away.
I’ve had trips scheduled journeys cancelled on me last minute (great feature for those of us using the service to go to/from work), I’ve had a driver tell me we are just grabbing someone only to go 20 minutes out the way.
I’ve been picked up, gone to grab another passenger, and then we’ve driven back past where I myself was picked up to drop them off.
It doesn’t sound like but I do really like the system, but it needs improving and it needs improving now.
Just now it’s been 40 minutes for a 5 mile trip....please make the system better.
