Good app for tenant management
Fairly easy to submit tickets for maintenance and repairs round our house, and the team are quick to respond. Some issues surrounding making your own custom tickets so you need to rely on the preset categories to make a specific issue

Categories are controlled by your property manager, so if you feel like there's a category missing please don't hesitate to inform your agent. Great User Experience
The application is quite simple and easy to navigate. Complaints can be issued within the app and a response is usually given in a timely fashion. The in-app support experience was carefully thought through but there’s always more room for improvement overall.👍🏽

Needs payment links.
Excellent app for renters but definitely needs to have payment links embedded in the app for the ease of payments.
