Description
Com a aplicação autenticacao.gov.pt o cidadão pode ativar a Chave Móvel Digital (CMD) com um vídeo-selfie e com a validação do cartão de cidadão.
Consegue também nesta aplicação gerar um código de segurança temporário, ou usar validação biométrica do seu telemóvel, em alternativa ao código por SMS, para se autenticar com CMD em portais públicos ou privados.
Dispõe ainda de um serviço de gestão de autorizações de acesso aos seus dados e de assinatura de documentos.

Not the apps fault but doesn’t work with UK mobile
Following several weeks with the helpful Portuguese and BT mobile support teams it appears that the sms messages sent from Portugal are blocked nationally in the UK due to the format in which they are sent - we have confirmed that the sms is sent from Portugal to me and received in the UK but is then blocked and BT can’t change this as the blocking is nationally. Essentially the UK mobile sms system sees the messages as potentially a risk! Not sure there will be any solution…
The app and the service need English
This app and the service in general needs to be in English because I’ve lived in U.K. most of my life and was not educated in Portugal this issue is it’s impossible for me to use any of these apps same goes for the online website you make it impossible for any non speaking Portuguese citizens who left as children able to access services like passports I’d cards please look into providing English versions or services as it’s so frustrating
Useless for citizens living abroad
I can’t access with an international phone number. My Chave Móvel access works only with email and I cannot use an international phone number. This app log in only allows phone number access but no email. This doesn’t work for citizens with international phone numbers. Fix the log in feature in the mobile app with more options like chave móvel can be used on the desktop and browser versions
