SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS:
The App offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at USD 7.99/month (or currency equivalent) and an auto-renewing yearly subscription at USD 39.99/year (or currency equivalent) to provide you with unlimited access to all PRO Features while you maintain an active subscription.

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Cancellation, done by mistake

Could you please advise , by mistake done purchase and want to do cancellation can I have refund please, don’t needed

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry that some problems have negatively affected your Authenticator app experience. If you need to refund the subscription to this APP, please follow the steps below.
1. Open the App Store on the mobile phone, log in to the Apple ID account, and then select "Account" in the drop-down list to enter the detailed account information page. 2. Click the "Show All" button on the right side of the "Shopping History" to view the recent purchase item records, and then find the order where the application that needs to be refunded. If the refund application is not on the first screen, you can click "Previous /Next " to find it. 3. Find the order you need, click "Report a problem" below, and then there will be a link to report a problem behind each item in the order list. Click the item you need a refund for to jump to the official website of the problem feedback page. 4. Select the type of problem in the drop-down menu, including: did not receive this app, accidentally purchased this app, did not work as expected, and is not compatible with my device. Choose the most appropriate one, describe your situation in detail, and click the "Submit" Button. After filling in, click "Request Refund" to enter the next step. When you choose the reason for the refund, you can choose an appropriate reason according to the actual situation, so as not to cause trouble to the developers. 5. Next, the email associated with the Apple ID will receive a refund confirmation email. List exactly which apps you are refunding and the total amount refunded to you.

Only served to get in the way

My existing uni password security (working fine) was “improved” and I was apparently directed to MS Athenticator. Instructions were confusing, QR scanner took photos before I could aim at screen, made system send “password incorrect” messages and blocked access ( as I suppose designed in part to do).
Cost £35 and took a week to get rid of.

1. Enable authenticator app
Please click "I want to use a different authenticator app"in step 3. Advantages of the authenticator app: Manage your work or school account better. Compatible with 1000+apps.
2.Add account to authenticator
"Scan QR Code" to add your account to the Authenticator App.
3.Verify & login in your account
Return to the web page or software you are logging into and enter the Code to verify.
