I’ve had an amazing experience with this app so far. It’s easy to navigate, and keeping all my warranty information in one place makes things much more convenient. Filing a claim was straightforward, and I appreciated getting updates throughout the process. Customer support was responsive when I had questions. Overall, it saves time and makes managing warranties a lot less stressful.

When choosing to logout of one’s account the app does not display the lower third of the “button screen pop-up” which cuts off the bottom edge of the cancel and logout buttons. This means both the cancel buttons and the logout buttons are rendered “non-functional” This indicates a failure of the app developer to properly test their programming before the new software went live. EPIC FAIL - this does not inspire confidence in the Autoguard brand. Fix it - please. Please see DMB67! Feedback which highlights another problem in this poorly tested app. The solution to the problem that the “keyboard covers the button required to enter the vehicle registration number” is to “press enter” on the keyboard when you have entered the correct vehicle registration - this will make the keyboard disappear and reveals the button one is required to press to complete the process. The app developer needs a kick up the proverbial.

The app is so easy to use and provides everything you need from start to finish. I had a claim under my warranty and I was able to make a claim, submit estimates for repair and also track the (very quick) payment that was made to my repair garage. I also like the ability to add in my service/MOT reminders - very clever.

The app is easy to use and navigate. I am able to view all the information about my plan in an instant and refresh myself on my repair limits. The app is self-explanatory but, also have useful guides to help you through. Easy process from start through to finish although I hope not to use it too often!
