GTE Track 4+

Impressed!

I’ve had this tracker on various cars throughout the last 15 years. I’ve seen it in its most basic form when it first came out, I now have the updated version on my Range Rover SV Autobiography and I have to say it’s fantastic. Don’t think twice about it, this is a brilliant system. I also have to say, the customer support is excellent, fast and really polite.

Needs more options.

This is OK for a basic tracker but misses a lot of features. Adding or editing drivers. Toggle recording of speed. Deletion of saved journeys (they will delete journeys if you email but it’s not functionality in the app.) the mileage needs manually updated all the time.

I’m not sure how the hardware hooks into the vagi or but I feel there could be more information shown too. I have a feeling the black box in my teenage daughter’s car collects more telemetry than this.

I’m not cancelling my subscription yet but really holding out for some big updates to this.

We've noted your request to delete journeys from within the app and will look to implement this feature for you. Regarding mileage, it's normally very accurate so please contact customer services who can check this for you. We can indeed show driving style and other telemetry but this depends on your product. I do not know about your account so cannot comment if this is available to you.

Please consider that first and foremost this service is all about the protection of your vehicle and not features of the app itself. However, we do strive to provide the best app we possibly can and endeavour to provide more features and value for money than our competitors. So we will continue to provide updates and new features based on feedback.

Really happy with this

Had a normal tracker before and never had to activate it so didn’t know if it worked. This one though is great. It shows exactly where the van is at all times (usually in my garden) and when I inadvertently left my French bull dog in it when I locked it and set the alarm, I didn’t hear the alarm but I had a phone call to check all was ok!
