I’ve recently got it installed in my car and have been using it for almost a month now. I find it to be really useful as it shows be exactly where my car is parked, it shows if it’s in IDL and also shows the speed during a journey. One thing I request is if the scorpion team can create a widget so I can have it on my front screen rather than looking for it through the app.

The app needs a complete overhaul.While all the necessary information is present, it's either poorly connected or buried in illogical sub-menus within the settings. The user experience could be significantly improved by differentiating between domestic and fleet users. This separation would allow for more optimized and user-friendly pathways and layouts tailored to the distinct needs of these two user groups.As a new user, one of my main frustrations is the inability to view a live status of my immobilizer. I purchased this app for peace of mind, expecting to check this status before bed, only to discover that the data isn't live and therefore doesn't provide accurate information. Additionally, the ability to add widgets for my phone home screen would be a huge added bonus, providing quick access to key features and improving overall usability.

I recently had the Scorpion tracker installed in my car, which cost me quite a lot of money, so I expected a much better experience—especially with the app.Unfortunately, I’ve found the app to be extremely poorly designed and difficult to use. Out of all the apps I’ve ever downloaded, this is by far the most frustrating. The fact that you can’t even see or access the app properly on your phone and have to go back through the App Store each time to use it is ridiculous.If I had known the app would be this bad, I honestly would have reconsidered getting the immobiliser installed in the first place. It’s really disappointing, especially when you’re paying for a service that includes ongoing monitoring and functionality via the app. And after reading reviews (which I only looked at after experiencing issues myself), I realise I’m not the only one who feels this way.The product may have potential, but the lack of app support and functionality completely lets it down. If it didn’t come with a subscription, I wouldn’t have even bothered continuing with it. I regret choosing this system based on how unusable the app is.

I don’t know which company actually wrote this app, but they should be immediately fired.We have to remember that this is a security app for your car. It literally PROTECTS your car and SHOULD tell you when ignition is started, the car has moved, and the vital systems on the car are in trouble.It does NOTHING OUT OF THE BOX. You have to set all of the alarm triggers yourself. Most of the installers couldn’t care less about even letting you know about the settings and won’t tell you how to activate them.Even then, they’re pathetically bad. Once YOU have done all the setup of the alerts they’re so poorly posted to your app that it’s usually too late.I’ve had 2 car batteries fail so far because the app couldn’t be 8rsed to let me know or because of the apathy of this company.Seriously, please avoid this mess of a company and use somebody else. The first install was also (according to the second installer and verified by the company) installed by a total amateur who was completely out of his depth. He had to phone head office 3 times!

- The Monitoring section now appears also for S7 2 wire vehicles that support arming. It needs an active monitoring subscription.
- The vehicle card immobiliser controls, the vehicle card tour and the Help settings now appear in your chosen language instead of always in English.
**Bug fixes:**
- Quantum vehicles now correctly show "Monitoring" instead of "Immobiliser" on the vehicle card, matching the vehicle details screen.
- The speed shown on the Live Map vehicle card now uses your chosen distance units, so it matches the speed on the map point instead of showing an incorrect value.
