Description
With a few simple steps we'll have you set up and ready to improve the security of your vehicles and have peace of mind.
We use state of the art artificial intelligence to combine your vehicle equipment, tracker and smart devices to determine if you are in your vehicle when it is turned on. So, when you begin a journey your vehicle communicates with us to start the verification process.
Using your vehicle tracker, car systems, phone sensors and artificial intelligence we start checking to ensure you are the driver of your vehicle.
If we successfully verify you are the driver of the vehicle no further action is taken and you continue your journey. If we can't verify you automatically we'll contact you immediately to verify you are the driver (in case you forget your phone) or another permitted driver is using your vehicle.
If the vehicle has been stolen or is being driven without permission we initiate our theft recovery protocols and liaise with the authorities to track and recover your vehicle.
We'll provide with your login details and then take you through some simple steps to set up your vehicle. Once set up you can have peace of mind that your vehicle is protected by D-iD

Rubbish
Basic operation essentially works ok although cannot access the app settings as log in credentials don’t recognise me despite password change. It works ok and call centre thorough when forgetting my phone but needs improvement.
Works ok but a bit annoying
As far as a tracker goes it works well enough, I had expected it to be an immobiliser/tracker as it had an app with it. Would make far more sense to immobilise the vehicle if it didn’t have an authorised version of the app running in the vehicle.
Lately I find myself putting it in service mode during the day as even when I have the app running it still seems to ask me to confirm the vehicle is safe...quite tedious.
It would also be nice if the Apple Watch could be included so I could acknowledge the vehicle is safe without having to fight to get the phone out my pocket in a small cab 20x per day!
