Impossible to use
In theory this app is great and the user interface is straightforward enough. However, as a parent, I am required to verify my identity to contact babysitters. It has proved impossible and is driving me mad! On the app, when I attempt to verify my identity, it simply states internal server error and on the website the page will not load. This is a really frustrating issue as it makes the website useless to me, when otherwise, I feel I could really benefit. Please fix this! 🙏

The app itself is pretty basic and works just fine with the free account. And the concept is easy and nice.
The thing is that parents just don’t respond to your messages. I have written to at least 20 parents and 1 has responded. So if you are really interested in finding a family to babysit.. don’t use this app. Cause when it comes to that, it’s completely worthless unfortunately.
