Need the ability to block players

At the moment you can’t block a player unless you add them as a friend or catch them in a chat room, this is completely unsatisfactory as there are many players who clearly cheat, you see the same names winning ridiculously high scores during challenges, obviously cheating. Otherwise a good app although like others, I suffer losing “streaks”

Bad dice and bad algorithm.

Opponent had 2 men on 19 and 23 in his home board. I had a man on the bar. I threw 2/6 three times and 6/6 twice. This is unrealistic. It is always a similar thing when the algorithm decides its your turn to lose.
I have just finished a game where I was well ahead in the pip count. Opponent rolled 6/6, 6/6 and 5/5 to win. Yes of course this is always a real possibility - but not this frequently. I am sure the makers of this app will defend their app and quote the dice stats - however time and time again this is nowhere near my experience of live games in the real world with expensive balanced dice. In games where I lose because of ‘lucky’ doubles I will find that my opponent has thrown for example 6 doubles consisting of double 5s and double 6s. I will have thrown 4 doubles of 2s and 3s. When it is my turn to win, or I am playing an opponent who is destined to lose there seems to be little one can do about it. The outcome seems pre-determined.

Dear player, thank you for your mail. We are using Mersenne Twister Random Number Generator which many other similar projects use. You can find out more about dice generation in Backgammon Masters here: http://www.2kbgames.com/faq/#q15 There is no way to manipulate the dice, since it is generated on our servers. In the latest version it is also possible to check the dice seed online after each game to confirm that dice rolls are fair.

Disgraceful

I’m a 52 percent wins player, which is very decent
I have just lost 24 out of the last 25 games, every single one of them my opponents got crazy multiple doubles
No better than average player could ever lose 24 out of 25 games ... in fact the real stats for me was around 6 wins in 50 matches
This form happened suddenly without warning. They keep saying ‘why would we care who wins or loses’ I’d say why would every other person in here say the dice are loaded? We know we may lose occasionally, but my stats are real... this cannot happen unless i had been pre programmed to lose.
It’s a disgrace you keep telling people with genuine complaints from real experiences that they are wrong
It’s a shame because it’s the best looking graphics and gameplay etc on the market
But start listening to us
24 losses in 25 games cannot happen to an above average player
Although you’re about to tell me it can!!
Tell you what, let’s play 10,000 games in real life if I lose 24 out of any 25 I will sell my house and donate the money to charity
My house is safe, it is an impossible run unless I was playing a world champion, even then, random dice would still give me the occasional win

Dear Sliperry slope, is this problem still relevant for you?
Rarely does what you say happens. But we really don't care which of the two players wins. There's no point in helping or hindering any of you.
Have you compared your stats with those of your opponents? Left menu, statistics, dice.
is there a huge difference in the amount of doubles in long distance?
