How easy is easy?

I've used a variety of software solutions to track projects and always ended up more confused and find spending more time adding things via pen to paper. This however, is brilliant, it's so easy to use that I've saved so much valuable time on projects since implementing.

Very different from v2 and 1, missing some basic things

I've been using Basecamp for years now. Without it would have been literally impossible to manage so many projects. However, be aware of you're moving from v2 to v3. It's shockingly different, the customer interaction is limited. I'd advise to fully test it, and also as a customer to see exactly what you're getting into before switching from an existing version.
***update. As of yet, believe it or not a customer cannot reply to a post/email within “Basecamp”. They need to go back to their emails and reply, believe it or not, this is ridiculous basically zero need to even mention Basecamp to a customer... they can only reply by email.

Love it!

This business organisational app is just brilliant! Easy to use, intuitive, mobile friendly, stores all docs, pic, emails, messages, to do list and has a section for chit chat. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to keep track of stuff within a team environment. 👍🏼🤗🎉👏🏻🥇📲💻🖥📈📌💯☑️😁
