Useful tool for ordering whilst doing stock takes and also when I think about needing products
Only issue I have is that you can’t switch to another account for example I have a separate confectionery account which I would like to order through too.
Absolutely useless app
The company isn't to bad but the app is absolutely useless doesn't add the things you want to the basket and when it finally does when you finalise the order it tells you things missing from basket but doesn't say what and just orders what it want. I placed an order for £1395 then looked at the invoice to find out it ordered some of the things (£430 worth) also a lot of times I noticed it will sometimes increase the amounts you order too so always double and triple check with this app or it could cost your company a lot of money in wastage
Worst app ever
The app is practically useless. Takes forever to load anything. Takes far too long to scroll through products. Every time they update it it breaks. Adding and removing products is so so slow. It is extremely frustrating when trying to place an order on it…I would just phon them to save yourself time…they will try and tell you to use the app to order but when it’s as useless as this app is then save yourself the time no frustration and just call them.
