Stampede is fun, you just move around jumping out the way for the most part.

Normal arcadey shooter mode has fiddly controls and it's slow, because it's on rails but then you have to look around and that takes time. It would be a lot better if all you had to do was fire, and the camera was panned for you and moved on either after a certain time or after all the enemies are dead.

Duel is boring. It would be better if you weren't just entering tons of codes for 5 minutes before you draw and if you finish early you're treated to the rest of the cutscene which is always the same, you should be able to skip it once you're done.

And in all honesty, I'd just scrap it and redo it, so that it's like that old NES game Wild Gunman, where you just fire when prompted and first to fire wins and obviously every round they got faster.

Now I have given the game a good once over i stand by the 5 stars! For £1.79 it is absolutely superb, i would even pay £3.49 for it! It's that good! Once you have configured the controls to your liking, i like to have the offset aiming set to off, this makes it so where you tap thats where the bullet goes.

The 3 different types of gameplay are excellent. Shootout is a great contact sensitive gametype which sets you off pressing a combinations of shapes to achieve the goal and kill your enemy. There is a gametype which sets you off shooting enemies around towns and getting to the end can be a real thrill, you follow a set path like on House of The Dead games, trying to conserve ammo and pick your shots is great! The last gametype sets you off running from alien bulls, this is pretty fun but probably the weakest of all 3 gametypes. You use the accelerometer to navigate passed objects or tap the screen to jump.

Excellent effort and well worth the money! A must buy!

Bought Enigmo for £5.99 then it went down to £3.49 a couple of days later. I'll buy this for the cut price and we are even! :-p

One gripe though, please do a bit more work to make them more iPhone friendly.

Very pleased with this one, esp. for 59p! The music's particularly good on the duel- it really builds up the pressure and makes you make mistakes! Would give it five stars but the 8 games are basically a duplicated set of four, with different scenery and monsters. A bit more variety would be good for any update! I don't know what types of Western-style games would work, but maybe a bucking bronco or lassooing & herding bulls? Some kind of drinking/gambling game where the more the character loses, the more he drinks, and the harder it is to win? Another gripe is that the button to move to the next level appears without warning right at the bottom middle of the screen, where it's usually obscured by my hovering finger. I've run out of ammo because of this a few times. Also, if the games' settings are set to always firing slightly above where you press then it's impossible to hit things at the bottom of the screen. All in all, a lot of fun for any spare five minutes!
