Superb app, could use more depth

Bloom is likely to gain many followers due to it's association with ambient music genius Brian Eno. However, this perhaps doing the app a small disservice as it's a fine piece of software in it's own right. First off, you can pick it up and start creating your own ambient masterpieces immediately, no music knowledge required! The only point that the app does belie it's simplicity is that you really can't tinker with any of the settings, the background audio and the main synth sound is set to a default. For proper audio heads, this might be considered a deal breaker, but for enthusiasts of ambient electronica who want to spend a little time composing their own tunes is a really superb way to do so.

Visually, the app is very slick and also very intuative. Future additions to bloom would be great, such as a way to record your mini masterpieces or modify the instruments. For now though, it's perfect as is, definitely check it out!

Beautiful

I use this for background ambience, focus enhancing, creative work, relaxation and travelling. This is somewhat brighter and lighter than Trope. But together they provide wonderful atmospheres that go on forever.

Have to say I was very disappointed that I couldn’t use the iPhone version of bloom on my iPad. (You can with Trope)

Blooming Marvellous

Used this on film work.
Absolutely recommend this for all forms of musical and spiritual creation. Thoughtful, fulfilling realisation and sometimes poignant.
Thank you Brian for your imaginings.
