Boom renewal
So far the boom app has been really good.
In renewal it kept on showing something went wrong, hence why I could see what the policy was holding. Messaged and paid for my renewal however in the morning went to see all documents saw Recovery RAC is not added contact boom been told can’t add it in my first day. At least we should be able to add to subtract on our policy why is it locked? This should be looked into. There should be a cooling period.
Relatively Cheap Insurance
I've been hit with vehicular issues throughout my policy. My first car needing repairs worth more than the car itself, and my current one having issues right before an MOT. Having been with Boom has been extremely simple and stress free because when I changed the policy over, it was fuss free and it calculated exactly what I would would happen to my premium. 10/10 for young drivers.

What a great service!
The Boom platform is BRILLIANT! I needed to take a private registration off my vehicle and apply the original one back onto my policy…It was SO easy to do and cost me nothing! Last time I did this with a different company, it cost me £50 for the privilege. I’m really pleased and impressed with BOOM so far 👍
