Folding/unfolding instructions could be better
The animation is great but I think it would be easier if you could play the animation at your own speed. For example, I would do the first part but when I returned to the animation is was on part 3 and I would have to wait for it to return to the start to get part 2.
Mediocre app, terrible service
The app does work, I guess, but the service is awful. Hired a bike from Portsmouth Harbour, took several attempts to unlock the door, rushed for the train so didn’t check the bike. Unfolded the bike at Waterloo and not only was the rear tire flat, but the tire was obviously perished. Found a local bike shop and got the tire pumped up. It lasted a day so I thought I’d chance a second day’s hire. Sadly the next day I made it half way to work before the tire popped. Had to take it and leave it at a bike shop. They called later in the day to say the tire needed replacing, which I declined to have them do. It cost me £15 to get just the inner tube inflated enough to get me back to Waterloo. I had a similarly frustrating experience returning the bike back to the racks. Watch out for the back tire on the bike in bay one at Portsmouth Harbour, I guess. Have since ended up buying a burner bike to leave at Waterloo. Leave the Bromptons to the Lycra clad middle aged white dudes.
£1 sign up
Got a advert from you on my Facebook feed for a £1 sign up downloaded the app filled all the info in and can’t find the £1 rate and the ad has disappeared either a con or very poor advertisement set up. Not happy feel that I’ve been duped into registering and giving my details.
Don’t want to do this as your promotion would have been idea for me as not a frequent user but will now consider reporting this to advertising standards etc., especially if my details are used for loads of third party advertising. I do hope I am wrong and it’s just a glitch in your system.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
