Log in up to two weeks before your break and you’ll see your booking details and what’s on when you’re on resort - so you can start getting excited about all the things you have to look forward to, add them to your itinerary, and then use our new Plan My Day system to book ahead on essential parts of your break.
Access your booking details
You will be able to see what’s included in your accommodation with a virtual tour and photos, plus see a map of where your village is located on resort. You can view details of your dining plan, with an option to add a plan or upgrade (subject to availability) and easily make payments.
Explore your resort
Get your bearings on where everything is on your resort. You’ll be able to see where your accommodation village and dedicated check-in area is located. In addition, you can find what you’re looking for with interactive maps which show the location of activities, venues, restaurants, toilets and lots more.

You’ll be able to use the app to book your next break at Butlin’s – making it as easy and stress-free as possible. Of course, you’ll still be able to use our website too, or call one of our friendly advisors for a helping hand.
Check in with ease
You’ll have all your booking details to hand so will be directed quickly to the nearest car park to your accommodation. Then you can use our handy tool to remember where you’ve parked, and navigate to your dedicated check in location and accommodation with our interactive maps.
Let us know of any issues
You’ll now be able to use the app to talk directly to our Guest Services team - including if you need to report a fault or issue while you’re on resort. You’ll also be able to receive push notifications – if you’re opted in – to let you know of key news, for example if rain means that a show will be moved to a different venue.

It will do it’s not great but it does a job. It’s performance could be better it can be rather slow but it’s good for seeing what entertainments are on and paying balances and manages booking but seems like measurements of app can be off maps sometimes don’t work but it does a job
Amazing time at butlins Skegness
This app has helped me thoroughly throughout my holiday in butlins in Skegness this summer! Whenever I have wondered what entertainment is on next, or whenever I want to know when entertainment is on, I just know that I can turn to this app! I am leaving tomorrow which has upset me but at least my experience here in butlins has been amazing and this app has helped me thoroughly. Another reason was that when I was on the way here I didn’t know what restaurants and food places they had here because I had been to the Bognor one but never to the one here in Skegness! Happily I had literally just downloaded this app and I was looking through it and there is a section on the app where it says dining and you can click on that and it will tell you all of the restaurants and food that is available here! I think that there was an amazing variety of food here and I would defiantly recommend it here at butlins Skegness. And again thanks to this app I was allowed to see what times entertainment was on and what was on! Again thanks and I will be coming back here again! Kind regards 😃
I can see stuff but....
This app should be great, I can see what’s on, I can use the map BUT the favourites tab isn’t working and the itinerary - well, what is that supposed to do? You can’t book directly from the app and a staff member at Butlins today said that any bookings made with them (for things for my little one to do) don’t show in the itinerary anyway.
Is it me? Am I completely missing something?
