Totally useless and massively frustrating!
I downloaded and installed this app when at the NEC for the day and it would have been useful to give the car a top up while in the exhibition.
However the App fails at the first hurdle and will not start up properly.
Five phone calls to Centrica finally resulted in the call being hung up and me giving up. A huge company like Centrica / British Gas really must do better!!
App doesn’t work
Downloaded this app and it will not work. Keeps saying to update every time I try to open it.
Have deleted and re installed but still will not work
So frustrating!
Need to use this so that I can charge when visiting the NEC Birmingham. The registration process just doesn’t seem to work, no activation code received to my phone, mysteriously an activation code was sent to my email - code didn’t work. Tried calling the help number numerous times but recorded message says the phone has been switched off. Password reset doesn’t appear to work either. Aaarrrggh!
