Great product and Customer Service

Been using my Chipolo Classics now for a couple of months, on four sets of keys and have found them to be a real boon! I'm at the age where I forget where I've put my keys so it's great to be able to find them easily, - although I've now sent for four Chipolo Plus ones, as I find it hard to hear the Classics, it's an age thing again! The Classics are on their way to my daughter who was impressed with them, and it IS her birthday. I had a minor problem with the app after an iOS update, but Edina in Customer services quickly sorted me out; it was a case of delete the existing app and download the latest, and as it didn’t lose any of the information, I didnt have to re-register or anything. Thinking of other ways to use them as well, such as grandkids' school bags, suitcases in transit etc. Well done Chipolo!

Best purchase ever

I knew this was going to be good when I ordered it because of all the good reviews, but I didn't quite expect it to be as good as it actually is. It's so clever, the ring on the device itself isn't alarming to my cat but just loud enough so that I can hear him in the garden to keep track of him after he got lost a few weeks ago, I know he is now safe and I can check up on him on my phone.

Hats off to the inventors, it's such a good idea and the design is so light and sleek. The coolest little cat now with his own lil mobile on his neck 😂😂😂
Never ever write reviews but this deserves one, just Incase anyone else has a cat who likes to wonder, this is what you need, no monthly expensive subscription. You're all good to go, thanks so much 🤩🤩🤩

Poor quality

The function to find keys and also ring my phone from keys is useful and generally works well. It has dropped off my blue tooth a few times and ive had to reconnect though. Fortunately not at a moment that i needed it do not been a major problem. Battery ran out after 3-4 months with occasional use (no more than 15 times total), I was expecting it to last much longer. My biggest problem has been the mechanism to open the battery compartment is very very stiff and made of poor quality plastic. Trying to get compartment to turn using the wide but short groove was very difficult and I tried a few different things - coins, screw driver, a blunt knife. The cheap plastic has eroded and broken and it looks to me like I will be able to replace the battery once or twice more before the plastic completley gives out and I wont be able to turn the compartment to release the battery rendering it useless. I wouldnt buy another and wouldnt recommend.
